I understand that if my child has a medical condition I should seek medical advice before allowing them to participate in the clubs. I understand that whilst the coaches will take every precaution to ensure that accidents do not happen, they cannot necessarily be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by my child. 

By booking your child/ren on to your classes you are confirming you agree to the statement above.
